* purely Italian ricePlant native to arid countries, rice has gradually adapted to half aquatic cultivations, but still today is cultivated without field flooding. It comes from East and has been probably introduced after some military expedition back from East, but until Middle Age it was considered a royal luxury.
We have decided to transform it in flour using a unique method enabling us to manufacture a
100% wholegrain flour and then we have decided to make pasta with it, using
a slow drying process at low temperature enabling us to preserve most of the nutrition and organoleptic properties of the grain.
The result we propose is a food speciality of purely rice and water, organic, 100% wholegrain. Food preservation:
keep in a fresh, dry, clean, odourless place, out of sun rays
