cereal legume has been carefully examined in order to offer to the consumer one well balanced course.
The durum wheat used is fully Italian and comes completely from Sicily. We don’t use nor imported wheat nor wheat coming from other parts of Italy.
The pasta making is marked by a slow drying at low temperature enabling to preserve most of the wheat nutrition and organoeleptic properties.
Its main feature is that this pasta doesn’t turn rancid during the time, but it keeps always its good taste thanks to our particular manufacturing process. And despite the fact that soya is an oily seed.
The result is an organic first course, with a sweet almond taste making it absolutely special. Food preservation:
