This food speciality is manufactured only with selected raw materials.
The mushrooms which have been used are only the most precious, i.e the “boletus aedulis” also named “pore mushrooms” which are also purchased
in pieces and not in powder.
No flavourings are used. The pasta making is marked by
a slow drying at low temperature enabling to preserve most of the properties and the taste of the ingredients composing the pasta.
The result is an organic first course, with an extremely delicate taste. We suggest to season this food speciality only with raw butter and parmesan or with a sausage and tomato sauce. Food preservation:
keep in a fresh, dry, clean, odourless place, out of sun rays
