This pasta is manufactured
only with selected raw materials. The durum wheat is purely Italian and comes completely from Sicily. We don’t use nor imported wheat nor wheat coming from other parts of Italy.
The particularly adapted working processes has been studied just for producing our momenti Speciali and for giving them all the unique taste of the home – made pasta.
The result is an organic quality pasta that has a unique and inimitable taste. Food preservation:
